Job description
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated **Sales Manager** to lead our commercial and real estate sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth for our Oman branch.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage the sales team.
* Develop and implement sales strategies.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Identify new business opportunities.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Prepare sales reports for management.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* **Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.**
* Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Work Location: In person
