QUALITY MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION * Overall responsibility for all quality control and assurance activities in the plant. * Overall responsibility for all implementing and reviewing a quality system that includes the elements. * Commissioning of CSD \& juice (KHS ASSP, KRONES ERGO BLOC, KRONES HOTFILL, TETRA A3, TETRA E3 \& SIG) Line and its validation till commercial production. * Validation of new product, CCP/OPRP, Interlock, Defect detection system and Documentation. * Responsible for supervising and assist with necessary production testing to ensure that the highest quality standards. * Knowledge about, HACCP, FEFO/FIFO, Labelling, internal audits, Global audit. * To train people on various aspects of QSE, policies \& procedures, standards \& practices related to quality systems on a continuous basis. * Monitor Line related QC parameters \& ensure its compliance as per Quality norms and proper documentation \& record keeping. * Verification of effectiveness of the preform inspection, closure inspection, finished bottle inspection \& Label inspection system, Co\-Brix, tilter timing, neck rinsing SCADA reports, cooling tunnel temp \& contact time etc. as appropriate. * Direct responsibility for the implementation of all legal requirements related to finished products. * Direct responsibility for selection, coaching feedback and development of Quality Control and Quality assurance personnel. * Direct responsibility to document, implement and monitor a quality assurance system in accordance with the KORE quality system norms. * Direct responsibility for Line Operation and Process. * Direct responsibility for availability and calibration of inspection and testing equipment and chemical reagents. * Direct responsibility for implementation of an effective internal audit program. * Direct responsibility for product identification and traceability. * Direct responsibility for establishing and maintaining the GMP. * Investigating and reporting all accidents, and near\-misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. * Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for all processes and equipment. * Backup responsibilities of Quality Manager. * Backup responsibilities of CRC. * Core team member to implement the ERP system in plant. * Implementation of dashboard system developed by tetra Pak within plant for CIP \& process system. * Implementation of T\&T system for concentrate mixing developed by Gazelle Team.
