Job Title: HR Executive Job description: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in HR and Recruitment, preferably in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques. * Good understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS software. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet recruitment deadlines.
