Job Description We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in the UAE in their search for an Executive Office Manager to join a high-profile Executive Office environment in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for leading the administration and operations function within a fast-paced, high-protocol environment. Working closely with executive leadership, the successful candidate will drive operational excellence, strengthen governance, and oversee the continuous improvement of administrative services across the Executive Office. Key Responsibilities -Lead the day-to-day administration and operations of the Executive Office. -Develop and implement governance frameworks, operating models, and service standards. -Manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers. -Drive process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives. -Oversee business continuity planning and support crisis management activities. -Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic priorities and enhance organisational effectiveness. -Build, develop, and lead high-performing administrative and operations teams.
