Retail Sales & Training Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver regular in-store training on ADPP features, benefits and terms & conditions. Coach store teams on sales technique, objection handling, upselling and cross-selling. Track attachment rates by store; identify gaps and implement action plans. Build and maintain relationships with store managers and department heads. Ensure consistent, on-brand promotional messaging in-store. Report performance regularly, flagging wins and areas needing attention. Support product launches, campaigns and retailer initiatives as required. Retail sales coaching Training delivery Required Skills: Retail Sales Retail Training Sales Apply for this job • Fluent in a South Indian language (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and/or Telugu preferred), matching retail store's predominant staff and customer profile. • UAE retail experience as a merchandiser, sales promoter or trainer. • Proven record hitting sales targets ideally in ADPP, extended warranties or attachment-based electronics accessories. • Strong presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and willing to travel across UAE store locations.
