Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR Director People & Culture to lead the organisation's people agenda and cultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace. This is a strategic leadership role for an HR executive who is passionate about building exceptional employee experiences, developing leaders, and fostering a culture where people and business performance thrive together. Working closely with the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will shape the people and culture strategy, drive organisational transformation, and position HR as a trusted partner to the business. Arabic speaking / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage Professional HR certification (CIPD Level 7, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) is preferred Minimum of 12 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (HR Director, Head of HR, or Head of People & Culture). Demonstrated ability to build and scale People & Culture strategies within lean, agile organisations, driving business growth, cultural transformation, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness Strong background in organizational development, culture transformation, employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, and succession planning
