Director – Strategy & Future Department(UAE National)

• Develop, review, and implement the Ministry's strategic and operational plans, ensuring alignment with government priorities and organizational objectives. • Lead the formulation and review of public policies, strategic studies, and future-focused initiatives that support the Ministry's vision and long-term direction. • Prepare, develop, and periodically review the Ministry's local partnership strategy in coordination with relevant organizational units and external stakeholders. • Direct and oversee the performance of the department's organizational units, ensuring effective governance, operational efficiency, and the elimination of duplication across functions. • Establish, monitor, and evaluate strategic and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide regular performance reports to senior management. • Coordinate with the Future Department at the Office of the Council of Ministers and the Office of the Prime Minister on matters related to strategy, future foresight, and national priorities. • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with government entities, private sector organizations, and other external stakeholders to support the Ministry's strategic objectives. • Lead organizational change initiatives by evaluating institutional transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic plans, monitoring implementation, measuring outcomes, and reporting progress to the Minister. • Oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of national initiatives, strategic projects, and global competitiveness programs in collaboration with relevant organizational units. • Ensure the implementation and integration of future foresight methodologies, innovation practices, and future-oriented policies across the Ministry. • Monitor and continuously improve key administrative processes, including strategic planning, budgeting, performance reporting, and service delivery. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and organizational excellence across the department. • Design, develop, and maintain strategic and operational performance measurement frameworks, ensuring the timely submission of performance reports for all organizational units and senior leadership. • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Minister in line with the nature of the department's functions. • Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of the Ministry's strategic planning, future foresight, organizational excellence, and institutional transformation initiatives. Oversee the formulation of public policies, strategic studies, performance management, and strategic partnerships to ensure alignment with national priorities and the Ministry's long-term objectives. Education & Experience • PhD in Business Administration with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. • Master's Degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Professional Certifications • Certified Manager in Quality and Organizational Excellence. • Certification in Strategic Management and Balanced Scorecard. • Certification in Organizational Leadership. • Certified Innovation Leader. • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
