Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel We are looking for a Housekeeping Room Attendant • Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas while adhering to established cleanliness standards. • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests. • Restock supplies, including toiletries, linens, and coffee, ensuring all items are fresh and in place for guest convenience. • Efficiently manage time to complete assigned tasks within the given timeframe, prioritizing high-traffic rooms and special requests. • Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials and chemicals to maintain safety in the workplace. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any guest concerns. • Maintain an organized cart and storage area, ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are readily available and in good condition. • Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to enhance their overall experience at the property. • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to housekeeping and guest privacy to foster trust and respect. • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve cleaning techniques and service excellence. • Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills valued to enhance communication with diverse guests. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, showcasing a basic understanding of housekeeping standards. • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role, ideally 1-2 years to ensure competency in cleaning practices. • Certifications in safety and sanitation practices, highlighting a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment. • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment, demonstrating the ability to use tools effectively and safely. • Strong attention to detail, ensuring every corner of the guest room meets high cleanliness and presentation standards. • Excellent time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing assignments in a fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, fostering team spirit and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service. • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items, as the role requires bending, standing, and moving throughout shifts. • Employment Opportunity We are considering candidates for full-time positions, depending on operational requirements, experience, and availability in Dubai.
