Housekeeping Attendant - Public Area

Where you will give high quality service, supply, provide turn-down for guest rooms and suites as per resort standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities • To report for duty punctually and ensure proper grooming as per hotel policy. • To attend daily briefing in selected areas conducted by Supervisor/Manager. • Be fully trained on resort standards and procedures required to carry out daily tasks. • Use and maintain all chemicals, supplies and equipment as per hotel standards. • Clean, replenish and prepare all guest rooms as per hotel standards. • Move and position cleaning trolley in the corridor ensuring a safe and hazard free corridor as per hotel policy. • To follow the resorts key control policy. • Operate machinery and equipment accordingly. • Report malfunctioning tools, incidents, and guest room issues correctly to supervisor and to Engineering department. • Report lost and found articles as per hotel policy. • Report in-room safe issues as per hotel standards and policies. • Report unusual guest behavior or activities as per hotel standards. • Have thorough knowledge of the layout of the guest rooms and corridors, and all housekeeping storage spaces with what they hold. • Follow hotel s health and safety policies and procedures. • Attend trainings necessary for the tasks and as per hotel requirements. •
