Responsibilities • Greet guests warmly and manage their seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort • Maintain an organized reservation system, ensuring efficient table turnover rates • Collaborate with waitstaff and management to coordinate service and enhance guest satisfaction • Proactively seek feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and guest engagement • Mentor new team members in hospitality best practices to foster a culture of excellence Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests • Familiarity with reservation management software and POS systems • Previous experience in upscale dining establishments • Background in team leadership or training roles • Additional certifications in hospitality or customer service excellence
