**HOSPITALITY REVENUE \& YIELD SPECIALIST** **Location:** Building 125, Al Saada South, Salalah, Oman **Monthly Compensation:** OMR 1,450 **Property Focus \& Strategic Scope** Situated in Al Saada South, The Karachi Inn delivers commercial hospitality, full\-service lodging, and regional culinary experiences for business, leisure, and seasonal travel segments across the Dhofar Governorate. We are onboarding a **Hospitality Revenue \& Yield Specialist** to take full ownership of dynamic pricing strategy, distribution channel management, demand forecasting, and yield optimization across our room inventory and dining/event operations. **Core Responsibilities** * **Dynamic Pricing \& Rate Management:** Establish and continuously calibrate room rate structures, length\-of\-stay controls, and promotional packages using market intelligence, booking pace data, and local seasonal fluctuations (including Khareef season spikes). * **Channel \& OTA Management:** Manage Online Travel Agency (OTA) partnerships (Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia), direct booking engines, and global distribution systems (GDS) to maximize net revPAR while controlling acquisition costs. * **Demand Forecasting \& Budgeting:** Develop rolling daily, monthly, and seasonal demand forecasts, partnering with property management to optimize inventory allocation and room availability. * **Competitor \& Market Analysis:** Monitor competitive set (CompSet) pricing, market positioning, and local travel trends in Salalah to identify rate gain opportunities and protect market share. * **Cross\-Departmental Yielding:** Collaborate with front desk, reservations, and food \& beverage teams to drive cross\-selling, upselling programs, and multi\-departmental yield optimization. **Candidate Profile** * **Field Credentials:** 4\+ years of dedicated revenue management, yield analysis, or hotel reservations management experience within the hospitality sector. * **Systems Proficiency:** Hands\-on experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Channel Managers, and rate\-shopping analytics tools. * **Analytical Capability:** Advanced command of revenue metrics (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy %, TrevPAR, GOPPAR) and data modeling in Excel. * **Market Knowledge:** Familiarity with the Oman/GCC hospitality landscape, regional travel patterns, and Salalah seasonal demand cycles is strongly preferred. * **Location:** Based in Oman with full capability for on\-site operations at our Al Saada South property in Salalah. **To Apply** Submit an updated CV highlighting your track record in revenue growth, yield management strategies, and OTA channel optimization in the hospitality industry. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٤٥٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
