Role Mission Zenith Hospitality Group manages premium resort and commercial hospitality assets across the Dhofar Governorate. Operating from our regional hub in Salalah's Awqad District, we are appointing a **Hospitality Director** to oversee property operations, service standard delivery, guest satisfaction metrics, and resort revenue generation. In this executive post, you will lead property general managers, food and beverage directors, and guest experience teams to elevate brand standards and optimize operational margins across our Salalah portfolio. Core Areas of Impact **Guest Experience \& Operational Execution** * Maintain world\-class guest satisfaction scores across all resort properties, dining venues, and leisure facilities. * Standardize service delivery frameworks, guest recovery protocols, and VIP client relations. **Financial Performance \& Asset Yield** * Oversee annual operating budgets, room rate strategies (RevPAR/ADR optimization), and labor cost controls. * Drive food and beverage profitability while maintaining high standards for vendor quality and inventory management. **Brand Standards \& Facility Upkeep** * Conduct routine property audits to ensure strict adherence to international hospitality standards, health and safety codes, and hygiene regulations. * Partner with engineering teams to plan capital expenditure (CapEx) improvements and property maintenance programs. **Team Leadership \& Talent Development** * Mentor property\-level department heads, fostering a high\-performance culture focused on hospitality excellence. * Implement structured training programs to upgrade staff capabilities across all front\-of\-house and service divisions.
