Roles and Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care services to patients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. • Conduct routine check-ups, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed by physicians. • Develop individualized care plans for patients with specific needs and conditions. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care services. • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress. Desired Candidate Profile • B.Sc / GNM / ANM degree from a recognized institution. • 1-3 years of experience in home care nursing or related field (GNM/ANM). • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
