• Identify and generate new leads for property sales and rentals. • Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and budgets. • Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients. • Promote available properties through online platforms and social media. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners. • Negotiate rental and sale terms to achieve successful deals. • Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into successful transactions. • Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and property listings. • Stay updated on Qatar’s real estate market, property prices, and market trends. • Achieve individual and team sales targets. • Provide excellent customer service throughout the property transaction process. • Attend client meetings and property visits as required. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn. • Previous experience in real estate sales or rentals is an advantage. • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills. • Ability to identify potential clients and close deals. • Target-oriented with good sales and problem-solving abilities. • Professional appearance and a positive approach to client interactions. • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. • Knowledge of Qatar's real estate market is preferred. • Valid Qatar driving license is preferred. • Ability to travel for property viewings and client meetings. • Candidates who are ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow in the real estate industry are encouraged to apply.
