Head - Finance - EPC - Construction - MNC

Role & responsibilities FINANCE, BANKING, FUNDS FLOW, CASH FLOW , WORKING CAPITAL , SOURCING OF CAPITAL , PROJECT FINANCE, FUNDS MANAGEMENT, To lead and manage the overall financial operations of the EPC and construction business in Kuwait, ensuring financial discipline, profitability, effective cash-flow management, project cost control, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning. Financial Planning & Strategic Management EPC Project Finance & Cost Control Cash Flow & Treasury Management Commercial & Contract Management • Review financial aspects of EPC contracts and major tenders. • Evaluate project pricing, margins and commercial risks. • Participate in contract negotiations. • Review purchase orders, subcontract agreements and major procurement commitments. • Coordinate with commercial, procurement, legal and project management teams. Preferred candidate profile CA WITH 15-25 YEARS EXP IN FINANCE/ ACCOUNTS / ATLEAST 5-7 YEARS EXP IN GULF COUNTRY / SENIOR LEVEL ----------GOOD RELATIONS WITH BANKS / WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT / SOURCE OF FUNDS / FUNDS MANAGEMENT / MIS/ BUDGETING/ TAXATION/ GOVERNMENT /
