We are looking for candidates with: With a minimum of 15 years of professional culinary experience 15+ years of professional culinary experience, including senior kitchen leadership Strong expertise in authentic Lebanese and Levantine cuisine Experience managing restaurant kitchens and catering operations Proven skills in menu development, food costing, quality control, and team management Experience in restaurant openings and kitchen setup would be an advantage
