Group Head of Technology - Healthcare Industry

• Define and execute the organisation's technology and AI strategy. • Lead EMR, ERP, integration, and digital transformation programmes. • Drive data, analytics, and AI initiatives that support business and clinical objectives. • Oversee enterprise architecture, application landscape, and system modernisation. • Manage and develop a high-performing technology team and key technology partners. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology investment and innovation. • Proven technology leadership experience within a healthcare provider environment. • Strong background in EMR/HIS platforms, integrations, and system migrations. • Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes. • Understanding of healthcare informatics, interoperability, and data strategy. • Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives. • Arabic language skills and GCC healthcare experience would be a major plus.
