Digital Transformation Director

• Digital Transformation & Strategy: • Lead the implementation of insurtech solutions and a new brokerage system to optimize operations and enhance customer experience. • Oversee the development of a data warehouse and leverage business intelligence tools for decision-making support. • Drive the adoption of digital technologies, including RPA, to automate processes and improve efficiency. • Change Management: • Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of digital tools and processes. • Manage training programs and communications to ensure seamless transitions during digital transformations. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment between digital projects and business objectives. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technology vendors and internal teams, to ensure successful implementation. • Experience: Extensive experience in leading digital transformation, particularly within the insurance or financial services sectors. Proven success in implementing technology-driven solutions, such as Insurtech, data warehousing, and process automation. • Skills & Expertise: Strategic leadership with strong expertise in digital innovation and business transformation. Strong understanding of RPA, business intelligence tools and advanced data analytics. • Change Management: Proven ability to lead and manage change, with experience in driving digital adoption across large organizations.
