Change & Adoption Lead

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals and project objectives. • Design and implement communication plans to effectively inform stakeholders about upcoming changes, their impact, and expected benefits. • Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential resistance and develop proactive mitigation strategies. • Create and deliver engaging training programs tailored to different user groups, ensuring successful adoption of new systems or processes. Years of Experience:- • Proposed minimum: 7+ years in enterprise change, including 3+ years in service-management or digital workplace transformation; subject to hiring-manager validation. Key responsibilties • Lead organizational enablement through impact assessment, sponsor engagement, communications, training and readiness. • Partner with Digital Workplace, process owners and service teams; own outcomes. • Establish champions, feedback loops and partner-to-internal knowledge transfer. Skills Required:- • Proposed must-haves: enterprise change delivery for service-management/digital workplace transformations; hands-on impact assessments, audience-specific communications, learning design, facilitation and readiness assessment. • Define adoption baselines, usage/competency measures and corrective interventions. .
