Front Desk Team Leader

A Front Office Team Leader oversees daily reception and guest service operations, coordinates shift activities, and supports front desk staff to maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities: • Shift Supervision: Guide and support front office and reception agents during daily operations. • Guest Operations: Coordinate smooth check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests. • Service Recovery: Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and escalate major issues to the Manager in charge. • Department Coordination: Communicate occupancy needs, VIP arrivals, and guest requests with Housekeeping and the Call Centre. • System Management: Maintain accurate guest profiles and data inside Property Management Systems (such as Opera Cloud or Opera PMS). • Team Training: Conduct shift briefings, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure adherence to brand and safety standards.
