We need sharp freelance marketers to bring Demand Letters from UAE companies. Position: Freelance Marketing Agent (Commission Only - High Earning) Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Sales or related field • MUST be resident of Sharjah or Dubai • MUST have own valid UAE visa (Freelance, Employment or Own Visa) • MUST have own vehicle (Car) - Sharjah/Dubai driving • Proven experience in manpower, cleaning companies, or Tadbeer centers is added advantage • Fluent English, Arabic is added advantage • Aggressive, target-driven, can close deals Your Job - In Detail: • *Field Marketing (80% of work):* • Daily visits to 5-10 Tadbeer centers, cleaning companies, manpower supply companies, facility management companies, factories and security companies in Sharjah and Dubai • Pitch Jobplus as direct Kenya source (NEA licensed) - no brokers • Show company profile, NEA license, sample CVs and training videos • *Demand Letter Collection:* • Explain our 14-day deployment process to client • Collect Demand Letter / Job Order / Labour Requirement from company • Ensure demand letter has: company trade license, required numbers, salary, job description, contact person • Submit demand letter to Jobplus Sharjah office same day for verification • *Client Relationship:* • Follow up with client on visa status • Arrange meeting between client and Jobplus manager if needed • Update client on recruitment progress from Kenya side • Get repeat orders from same client • *Reporting:* • Daily WhatsApp report: Companies visited, response, next follow up • Weekly target: Minimum 3 demand letters (even 5-10 people each is ok to start) • *What You Are NOT Doing:* • You don't handle visas, you don't recruit candidates, you don't pay any money. You only bring demand letter. We do everything else from Kenya + Sharjah office.
