• Oversee all on-site fit-out activities, ensuring projects adhere to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project milestones. • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against timelines, ensuring timely project completion. • Possesses a relevant vocational qualification or degree in construction management or a related field. • Holds certifications in relevant areas such as OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training. • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. • Exhibits a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
