• Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and safely according to project timelines. • Act as the primary liaison between the construction crew and project managers, facilitating clear communication and immediate problem-solving. • Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to identify potential hazards or risks. • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize delays. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in construction management is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of leading teams effectively. • Relevant certifications such as OSHA, First Aid, or CPR to ensure workplace safety and compliance. • Experience in specific construction fields such as residential, commercial, or industrial projects is highly valued.
