Foreman (Building Construction)
**Location:** Dubai, UAE

**Key Responsibilities**
**Site Execution**
* Supervise daily construction activities on site.
* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Plan and allocate daily work activities to chargehands and labour teams.
* Monitor workmanship and maintain high\-quality execution.
* Ensure all activities comply with project schedules.
**Labour \& Workforce Management**
* Lead and supervise chargehands and labour crews.
* Allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity.
* Monitor labour attendance and performance.
* Identify additional manpower requirements when necessary.
* Maintain discipline and ensure efficient workforce utilization.
**Productivity**
* Achieve daily and weekly production targets.
* Monitor productivity against planned quantities.
* Report delays or constraints affecting progress.
* Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
**Coordination**
* Coordinate daily with the Project Engineer and Project Manager regarding work priorities.
* Coordinate with surveyors before commencing work.
* Ensure required materials are available before starting activities.
* Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and approvals.
* Coordinate with HSE personnel to maintain safe working practices.
**Quality**
* Ensure work complies with approved shop drawings and specifications.
* Rectify workmanship issues immediately.
* Prevent rework by maintaining quality standards during execution.
* Assist in snagging and de\-snagging activities.
**Requirements**
* Minimum **8–12 years** of experience in building construction.
* At least **5 years** as a Foreman on mid\-rise or high\-rise building projects in the UAE.
* Strong leadership and problem\-solving skills.
* Ability to read construction drawings and understand site layouts.
* Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage).
