Job description
• Ensures that his crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.
• Allocates work to the workers on daily basis.
• Supervises the work and ensures that productivity is maintained at high levels.
• Defines and requests on daily basis equipment and materials necessary for the work.
• Keeps records of the work, time sheet etc.
• Calls for inspection when parts of the work are ready as per the quality control plan.
• Guides and assists technically the workers.
• Ensures that the works are performed at the required quality standards.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.
• High School or Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects.
• Mandatory approval & existing account in Adnoc. Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and construction activities.
• Familiarity with PTW (Permit to Work) systems and isolation procedures. Knowledge on ADNOC safety requirements.
• Experience working in live operating plants is preferred.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
