Civil / Construction Foreman

• Supervise daily construction and fit-out activities on site. • Manage workers, subcontractors, and daily work schedules. • Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications. • Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Manager. • Monitor quality, productivity, and site safety. • Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. • Prepare daily progress reports. • Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard. • Minimum 2 years of construction experience in Dubai, UAE. • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). • Experience in villa construction, renovation, fit-out, and finishing works. • Ability to read and understand construction drawings. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing site teams and subcontractors. • Immediate joiners are preferred.
