FM Engineer

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. • Implement energy management strategies to reduce consumption and enhance sustainability, leveraging data analysis and reporting tools. • Coordinate and manage internal and external service providers, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks and adherence to service level agreements. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all facility operations, maintenance schedules, and compliance records for auditing purposes. • Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in technical concepts. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or maintenance roles, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project execution. • Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) to validate expertise in the field. • Proven experience with building management systems (BMS) and energy management software, showcasing technical proficiency.
