Fleet Transport Supervisor

**Role Overview** 212 Universal Logistics is seeking an experienced Fleet Transport Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, driver management, and vehicle dispatching. In this role, you will manage vehicle maintenance schedules, optimize transport routes, and enforce fleet safety compliance to ensure timely, safe, and cost\-effective freight delivery across our logistics network. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch schedules, driver assignments, and freight transport routes to optimize asset utilization. * Monitor fleet movements, transit times, and delivery performance using GPS tracking and telematics software. * Oversee preventive maintenance programs, vehicle inspections, and servicing schedules to minimize breakdown risks and fleet downtime. * Supervise, evaluate, and support commercial drivers, ensuring strict adherence to road safety laws, rest periods, and company policies. * Manage fleet operational records, fuel logs, driver duty hours, and regulatory transport compliance documents. * Investigate traffic incidents, equipment failures, and transit delays, implementing corrective actions and preventive safety protocols. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or a related field. * Minimum 4 years of hands\-on experience in fleet supervisory roles, transport scheduling, or commercial logistics operations. * Strong proficiency with Fleet Management Systems (FMS), telematics, GPS tracking, and route optimization software. * Thorough understanding of commercial vehicle regulations, road transport safety guidelines, and vehicle maintenance standards. * Excellent leadership, stress management, and real\-time operational problem\-solving skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٩٨٧٫٩٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
