Fit Out Engineer

• Review and assess fit-out, interior design, and signage submissions from tenants, business partners, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with DHCC Engineering Guidelines, standards, and applicable authority requirements. • Coordinate with applicants and relevant internal departments to clarify requirements, resolve technical issues, and facilitate timely reviews, approvals, and issuance of permits and NOCs. • Maintain records of applications, submissions, review comments, approvals, permits, NOCs, inspection reports, and related correspondence, and track outstanding actions and approval status. • Coordinate and conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and approved conditions. • Review assigned DHCC internal projects from inception to completion, including technical reviews, interdepartmental coordination, site visits, meetings, and inspections. • Prepare periodic management reports on fit-out and signage applications, approvals, and outstanding matters. • Ensure adherence to DHCC policies, procedures, engineering standards, and established approval processes. • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction • At least 6 to 8 years of professional experience
