Financial Reporting Manager

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP or IFRS and internal policies. • Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. • Lead the preparation of the annual report, including footnotes and supporting schedules, collaborating with auditors. • Develop and maintain financial reporting policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential, a Master's degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred. • Possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, preferably within a multinational company. • Demonstrated expertise in US GAAP or IFRS, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, including disclosures and footnotes.
