• Job Description • Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports. • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. • Develop and monitor budgets to support strategic business objectives. • Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. • Oversee cash flow management and financial planning. • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required. • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team. • Implement and enhance financial controls and procedures. The Successful Applicant • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent. • Experience of working in the B2B industry • Leadership capabilities to manage and guide a finance team. • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
