Finance Manager

About the role We re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Abu Dhabi. You ll oversee reporting, budgeting and compliance, and work closely with senior management to support strategic decisions and business growth. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with banks and auditors Strengthen internal controls, policies and procedures Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions Supervise and develop the finance team Requirements Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred 7+ years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills UAE or GCC experience is a strong advantage
