Finance Manager

Elnaggar & Partners is looking for a Finance Manager to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with strong UAE experience in accounting, financial management, compliance, and payroll administration. The selected candidate will oversee the firm's financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support strategic decision making, and manage key HR related financial processes . Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations. • Handling client's account. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts. • Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning. • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and CT, financial regulations, and statutory requirements. • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and reconciliations. • Manage payroll, employee benefits, gratuity calculations, and related HR financial processes. • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities. • Maintain financial controls, policies, and accurate financial records. • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions. • Support recruitment, compensation planning, workforce budgeting, and employee cost analysis. • Monitor leave provisions, end-of-service benefits, and HR-related financial obligations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA) preferred. • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management. • Strong understanding of UAE VAT and CT regulations, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. • Experience managing payroll and HR-related processes. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
