As part of our commercial expansion, we are seeking a Field Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade, to join our Riyadh team. This role focuses on driving growth, executional excellence, and customer partnerships in retail channel. A DAY IN THE LIFE • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets (Volume, value) • Ensure and enhance full route coverage, drop size, market share, success rate. • Follow up and audit the collection from the customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility. • Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their sales skills. • Check and follow up on sales actions and conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve sales strategies. • Utilize sales tools and software to track performance, manage customer relationships. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities. • Uphold Nestl s standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations. What Will Make You Successful • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. • +4 years of relevant experience sales Field, preferably in the food & beverage sector. • Previous experience supervising retail routes & field team. • Valid Saudi Driving License required.
