Field Assessment Lead – Oman

For an upcoming 12-month financial-sector regulatory digital maturity assessment project in Oman (subject to contract award). Requirements: • Minimum 7 years in IT audit, technology risk, regulatory inspection or control assurance. • Proven experience conducting on-site assessments in regulated financial institutions. • Ability to review policies, IT controls, cybersecurity evidence and operational practices. • Experience leading assessment teams, conducting management interviews and documenting findings. • Available for physical site visits across Oman. Role: Plan and lead risk-based verification visits, coordinate assessors, review submitted evidence, identify discrepancies between reported and actual practices, and support final scoring and follow-up verification.
