Manager – Audit

• Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. • Review financial statements, audit documentation, and workpapers to ensure compliance with IFRS, professional standards, and local regulatory requirements. • Identify accounting, reporting, and risk-related issues, and provide practical recommendations to clients. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business developments and cross-selling initiatives. • Provide value-added insights to enhance governance, internal controls, and operational efficiency. • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate audit team members, ensuring high-quality engagement execution and professional development. • Assist clients with regulatory compliance matters and manage diversified client portfolios across multiple industries. • CA/ACCA/CPA or an equivalent professional qualification. • 6+ Years of experience in External Audit and Assurance services. • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and financial reporting requirements. • Proven experience in managing audit engagements and supervising audit teams. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge of Oman Corporate Tax and VAT regulations is an added advantage.
