People Management | Customer Service | Daily Operations We’re a fast-growing Dubai service business looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to take ownership of our daily operations and lead a growing team. You will manage 50+ field staff, 3–5 Customer Support team members, and 8–10 drivers, while ensuring bookings, schedules, staff performance, client issues and service quality are handled smoothly. This is an office-based leadership role, not an administrative or field position. � Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise 50+ field staff, including attendance, availability, discipline and performance. Lead the Customer Support team and ensure bookings and client requests are handled correctly. Handle client complaints, escalations and operational issues professionally. Manage daily staff schedules, transportation and last-minute changes. Conduct team meetings, training and performance reviews. Identify operational problems and improve processes. Ensure company procedures and service standards are followed. � Who We’re Looking For 2–6 years UAE experience – Mandatory. Previous operations, supervision or people-management experience – Mandatory. Experience managing Filipino/Tagalog-speaking staff is strongly preferred. Experience in domestic staffing, nanny/babysitting, housekeeping, hospitality or similar service businesses is an advantage. Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Firm but fair, mature and confident. Able to make decisions, handle pressure and take ownership.
