F&B SUPERVISOR – MALE

**Location:** Qurain **Salary:** KD 330–350 REQUIREMENTS: * 5–6 years of experience in the **F\&B industry** * Strong experience in **Bakery \& Pastry operations** is preferred * **Visa:** 18 Small Project / 18 Normal – Transferable * Fluent English is required * Ready to join immediately * **Working Hours:** 9 hours/day * **Weekly Off:** 1 day * All benefits as per Kuwait Labor Law * **Hiring from inside Kuwait only** * Supervise daily **restaurant and F\&B operations** * Manage and coordinate **FOH and BOH staff** * Allocate staff duties and prepare **shift schedules** * Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance * Ensure excellent **customer service and guest satisfaction** * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally * Monitor **food quality, presentation, and service standards** * Ensure proper **Bakery \& Pastry operations** where applicable * Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and **food safety standards** * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the **kitchen/store team** * Assist with **inventory and stock control** * Reduce food wastage and control operational costs * Check daily sales, cash handling, and closing procedures * Train and guide new and existing employees * Ensure company policies and **Kuwait food safety requirements** are followed * Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager/Management * Prepare daily operational reports when required * Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet * Support the team during busy hours and maintain efficient service Pay: KD300\.000 \- KD330\.000 per hour Work Location: In person
