Catering Supervisor

Assisting catering manager and catering assistant manager to provide a quality and safe catering service in all our catering functions or drop\-offs for Seazen. He must also coordinate activities of and directs training of foodservice employees in food and beverage service insuring an efficient, timely, sanitary, and profitable catering operation. **Key Responsibilities** · Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly observed before, during and after the event. · Strive for continuous improvement through; monitoring the quality of the product and service provided, interacting with customers, dealing with staffing and guest complaints. · Responsible for assisting the operation department in all financial and administrative records managing roasters and arranging employees for events. · Ordering to Purchase Department and coordinating with warehouse and branches. · Training, supervising, and motivating the staff. · Evaluate the employee performances in monthly basis. · Organizing the event timing. · Ensuring that health and safety regulations are strictly observed. · Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided. · Keeping to budgets and maintaining administrative records. · Identify and delegate responsibilities to catering staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved. · Consistently monitor catering operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement. · Provide feedback about the staff and the event performance on and ongoing basis. · Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all employees are engaged with guests too. · Understand guest needs and exceed expectations. · Work along with catering waiters, deliver quality service, and achieve high customer satisfaction. · Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers. · Deliver drop\-off and on\-site catering services. · Organize and monitor catering drop\-off and on\-site services. · Follow the Company policies and procedures, including those for cash handing and safety/security. · Ensure proper and safe delivery/distribution of catered products. · Coordinating with all branch drivers for staff and food pickups. · Promote Seazen’s Vision and Values. · Maintain discretion and maturity in handling sensitive or confidential data. · Working closely with different departments and stake holders. · Other tasks as assigned by management. **Qualification \& Skill Required** **Experience Required** Minimum 3 yrs. Experience in same field. **Education Qualification** Minimum a bachelor’s degree in HM. **Personal Skill** · Excellent interpersonal skills · Positive attitude and Team worker. · Self\-motivated and a passion for hospitality. · Excellent English and Arabic communication. · Strong Planning and organizational skills.
