F&B Steward/ Cashier

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused F&B Steward / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in food and beverage operations, cashiering, customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. • Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS/cashier system. • Handle cash, card, and other approved payment transactions accurately. • Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards. • Assist with table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining/service area. • Maintain proper hygiene and food safety standards. • Ensure counters, equipment, utensils, and service areas are kept clean and organised. • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. • Respond professionally to customer enquiries and service requests. • Assist with opening and closing activities, including cashier reconciliation where required. • Follow company procedures related to cash handling, food safety, grooming, and customer service. • Previous experience as an F&B Steward, Waiter/Waitress, Cashier, Crew Member, or Food Service Attendant is preferred. • Experience within restaurants, hotels, cafés, food courts, catering, or hospitality operations will be an advantage. • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling . • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as operationally required.
