We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Vice President – Finance to lead our financial operations, drive long-term growth, and ensure financial sustainability across the organization. Job Location: UAE Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals and expansion plans • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to ensure organizational stability • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and international standards • Supervise accounting operations, audits, and financial controls • Build and lead a high-performing finance team • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization Required Skills: • Strong leadership and strategic decision-making abilities • Advanced knowledge of financial management, reporting, and analysis • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong understanding of international financial regulations and compliance • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems Preferred Experience: • 12+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role • Experience working in multinational or education-related organizations is a plus • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA preferred • Proven track record of driving financial growth and operational efficiency
