Executive - Events

• Achieve and exceed set KPI targets in External Events sale (including External DWTC Venues) by developing and upselling to the existing accounts and securing new accounts in line with the sales strategy across all revenue segments (Hospitality, DXB and Housekeeping) • Support Sales team in Event Plan Scripting, releasing and develop a positive communication stream between Sales, Operational departments and clients to ensure excellence in the delivery of the event • Achieve and exceed KPI s in External Wedding & Private Events sale by being the main contact to the existing accounts and securing new accounts in line with the sales strategy across all segments (Hospitality, DXB, Housekeeping) • Cascading event details on time to respective delivery departments to meet clients expectations • Consolidate event feedback, ensure action if required and keep the record for future events • Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethic codes to reflect company values and image • Operate within established level of administrative responsibility with regards to sales to ensure efficiency and compliance, including preparation of reports and delivery of any projects assigned by the Line Manager • Degree from reputable Institution or diploma in Hotel, Management/Sales • MBA Preferred Work Experience: Fresh Graduate or at least one year experience
