Event Sales Specialist

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new event bookings, exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote event spaces and services, tailoring proposals to meet diverse client needs and budgets. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. • Conduct site tours and venue presentations, effectively showcasing the unique features and capabilities of event spaces to potential clients. • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in event sales, venue sales, or a similar client-facing sales role. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and pipeline tracking.
