European/Australian standard steel structure technicians

Responsible for preliminary scheme design of steel structure projects under Eurocode / Australian Standards, including structural system selection, plan layout, load calculation, and production of schematic drawings; support the commercial bidding team in compiling technical proposals. Prepare steel tonnage estimates, Bills of Materials (BOM), and quantity take-offs based on the scheme, providing accurate technical data to support project pricing. Interface with overseas clients on technical communication, scheme clarification, and drawing review meetings; respond promptly to clients' technical inquiries and drive projects toward contract signing and execution. Complete other technical tasks assigned by supervisors. Bachelor's degree or above in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, or other steel structure design-related majors. Minimum 3 years' experience in steel structure design or detailing design; experience with Eurocode or Australian Standards projects required; overseas project delivery experience preferred. Proficient in STAAD, Tekla, CAD, and other design and detailing software; solid English reading and writing skills.
