Job description

• Analyze MEP project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates. • Conduct thorough quantity takeoffs for all MEP systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection. • Source and evaluate vendor quotes for materials and subcontractors, ensuring the best value and quality. • Prepare comprehensive bid packages, including cost summaries, scope of work clarifications, and proposal narratives. • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP estimation within the construction industry, showcasing practical knowledge. • Demonstrates experience within commercial, industrial, or high-rise residential projects, indicating familiarity.
