Estimation Manager – MEP

Estimation Manager – MEP | Dubai Talent Tide is seeking an experienced Estimation Manager – MEP on behalf of our client, a leading MEP contracting company in Dubai. Key Responsibilities • Lead the preparation and review of accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects. • Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope and pricing. • Prepare BOQs, cost analyses, and commercial proposals. • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during the bidding process. • Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions. • Ensure all estimates are competitive, accurate, and submitted within deadlines. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • 8+ years of experience in MEP estimation, including experience in a managerial role. • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, quantity take-offs, costing, and tendering processes. • Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills. • UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
