Job description

• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for door and joinery works • Prepare detailed cost estimates (materials, labor, installation) • Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors • Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams • Prepare and submit tender documents on time • Assist in value engineering and cost optimization • Min 7 years of experience in joinery estimation (doors preferred) • Knowledge of fire-rated and acoustic doors is an advantage • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • UAE experience in Wooden Doors and joinery Mandatory
