Engineering Manager Digital Banking

• 10+ years building digital products and platforms in banking or fintech • Strong experience in digital onboarding, mobile and online banking, payments, cards, APIs or digital identity • Solid grounding in microservices, cloud-native architecture and modern mobile/web engineering • A proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in Agile, product-led environments • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • A degree in Computer Science or a related field; PMP or similar is a plus • Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams and squads, and build a strong engineering culture • Set the technical direction for the bank s digital channels across mobile, web and APIs • Stay close to architecture and design decisions so solutions are secure and scalable • Turn the digital strategy into clear roadmaps and deliver them through to production • Embed AI-driven engineering, automation and continuous delivery practices • Own delivery across scope, budgets, risks, releases and production readiness • Select and manage technology partners and vendors on quality and outcomes • Champion the digital agenda internally through showcases and engagement forums
