• Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues. • Manage Active Directory accounts and user access. • Support IP telephony systems. • Provide technical support for Oracle ERP applications. • Perform endpoint configuration, maintenance, and patching. • Maintain IT support documentation and incident records.
