Electrical Estimation Engineer - MEP

• Review electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents. • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for electrical works. • Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations and conduct material rate analysis. • Prepare competitive tenders, commercial proposals, and cost breakdowns. • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for tender submissions. • Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and cost-saving opportunities. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. • 3–8 years of experience in MEP electrical estimation in the UAE. • Strong knowledge of electrical BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and tender pricing. • Experience with residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
